Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Damaged Item
If you receive a delivery from us and the contents have been damaged in transit, please contact us asap. Please note, before we will exchange/refund, we require you to provide photos of the damaged shipping box/package and damaged items. 
If your order is lost/damaged during shipping it is the responsibility of the receiver to lodge a complaint or investigation with the courier as we are unable to redirect/pickup or lodge complaints on your behalf. If you have any issues of course, please contact us and we will do our best on our end to help. 
Once ownership is received, it is the responsibility of the customer to take care of and with their products and packaging. Please do not put bio packaging next to or in water as this can damage the packaging. If a product is spilt, glass bottle or lids dropped and broken by or in the ownership of the customer it is their responsibility. Some products will melt in warmer temperatures, please read the advice on the website regarding your product. Sorry but, no refunds can be given if customers do not follow the advice given on nativeearthshop.com and/or packaging.

Food Product Refunds
We are confident you will love and enjoy our coffee as much as we do. Our beans are roasted to the highest quality and packaged with care. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, please let us know so we can make sure your coffee experience is the best possible.

All our beans have been tested and tried by our wonderful friends, family and staff and they all agree it is delicious coffee. If you experience any issues, please contact us so that we can assist you and ensure you are brewing quality cups of coffee every time.

Limitation of Liability
Native Earth shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages that result from the use of, or an inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products. Relevant laws may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, therefore the above may not apply to you.

Refund
Please note: We cannot refund just because you change your mind, or you selected the wrong product.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your item. Refunds or returns will be processed between 5-10 days. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
